Massage Therapy
Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the body's surface. Deep muscle techniques involve slow strokes, direct pressure or friction movement that go across the muscle grain. It can relieve muscle pain and stiffness and provide stress-relieving relaxation for the body & mind. It is used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system.
