Irina is a registered physiotherapist with 18+ years of experience helping patients recover from acute and chronic pain, post-traumatic and post-surgical conditions, and sports injuries. Her treatment approach combines hands-on care with evidence-based techniques including ultrasound, low-level laser therapy, shockwave therapy, fascial manipulation, kinesiotaping, trigger point release, and manual therapy. Her goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients return to active, pain-free, and happy living. Irina believes that a smile is the very first step toward healing, and that good energy and positive thinking are where therapy truly begins.
