A recent graduate of Eastern College in Halifax, Marisa is beginning her career as a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people move, recover, and feel their best. Originally from Pasadena, NL, Marisa brings valuable experience from her clinical outreach placements, where she had opportunities to support athletes associated with the Halifax Mooseheads and Halifax Wanderers organizations. She is also a certified lifeguard, reflecting a long-standing commitment to health, wellness, and helping others. Starting a new career is an exciting milestone, and we're proud to be part of Marisa's journey. Help us give her a warm Zwitchback welcome!
For both new clients and returning clients with a new injury or concern, a 60 minute session is required to begin your massage therapy care. Following this initial session your attending massage therapist will advise recommended frequency and length of massage as part of your total care treatment plan. IF USING PRIVATE INSURANCE, PLEASE VERIFY IF A DOCTORS REFERRAL IS REQUIRED FOR COVERAGE.
