Caroline completed her 3000-hour massage therapy program at VCMT in 2019. Her treatment approach is fluid and consists a diverse range of therapeutic active techniques with a relaxing flow of traditional Swedish massage techniques. Through this combination of active and passive modalities, her methods facilitate the recalibration of the nervous system, while promoting circulation and release to areas of restriction. Caroline is experienced in treating musculoskeletal injuries, postural imbalances, repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain, sports-related injuries, and more.
