As a practitioner with a background in circus arts, aerial arts, and dance, I have an intimate understanding of the types of pains and injuries that can develop in a body that is constantly being pushed to its limits in pursuit of art and expression. We have one body to carry us through our life and should take the utmost care of it so that we can continue moving, creating, and thriving. My introduction to massage was during tutelage under my mentor during my years training circus skills in San Diego, and my official training and certification in massage therapy was completed at Fremont University. If you are a performing artist, I hope that you will allow a fellow performer to support your wellbeing and recovery as you pursue your passion.
