I grew up in central Mississippi. Starting at an early age, my paternal grandmother taught me how to do energy work. In 1998, I became a Reiki master. In 2003, I became a licensed massage therapist. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to relax, heal, and find your Zen.

All massages are tailored to the client's needs for relaxation, stress relief and tense or sore muscles. The amount of pressure used during the massage will be determined by the client for maximum relief.

Reflexology stimulates points in the feet which correspond with distinct organs in the body. Reflexology can be done either with or without lotion depending on the client's desired outcome for the session.
