With over 15 years of experience, Tina Marie is passionate about chronic pain management and functional mobility. Graduating from Mount Royal University in 2012, Tina has spent the last 13 years continuing her education and integrating multiple modalities into her practice. Tina is a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a registered acupuncturist with a certificate in advanced TCM infertility. Alongside therapeutic and deep tissue massage, she is trained in Prenatal massage, Tui Na massage, Gua sha, cupping, fire cupping, mobility floss, k tape and IASTM. Tina is also a certified yoga instructor with a level 3 certification in critical alignment therapy (CAT). As a former competitive athlete, Tina was injured in 2014 and told she would never lift again. Through her coach guiding her through critical alignment bases yoga therapy and dance therapy, Tina has returned to weight training and lifts heavier now than she ever did 10 years ago. Its through her healing journey that Tina finds her passion and dedication to movement, recovery and functional performance.
