Carly is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist (L.Ac) in the state of California. During graduate studies at Emperors College in Santa Monica, she studied Neijing Nature-based medicine for a time under Ed Neal, MD. She also participated in externship programs at Disney Family Cancer in Burbank and Venice Family Clinic in Santa Monica. In addition to her practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Carly has studied Yoga and Ayurvedic principles in India under Yogacharya Lalit Kumar, Pelvic Floor exercise techniques under leading-expert Sarah Duvall, DPT, and has been a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist for over a decade. As the founder of ZENSHIN Med, Carly draws from both Eastern and Western mindsets in her approach to providing results-based, personalized, and integrative care.
