Focused on Client Care Dr. Jaime Downey was born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario and always had a passion for living a healthy active lifestyle and helping others do the same. This passion led her to Western University where she completed an Honours Degree in Kinesiology, while working as a personal trainer and focusing on biomechanics research. After witnessing firsthand how much better life can be when people are functioning optimally and feeling their best, this led her to chiropractic school where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. Chiropractic Care Dr. Downey has vast experience in treating a variety of conditions from headaches, neck pain, lower back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis and more. She enjoys working with people of all ages and has a particular interest in pregnancy, postpartum, and paediatrics. She utilizes a diversified approach when developing individualized treatment plans for her patients which may include acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, patient education and rehabilitation / exercises, with a focus on helping each person get back to the activities that they most enjoy. Interests In her spare time, you can find Dr. Jaime at the gym, on the golf course, or partaking in a heated game of euchre or cribbage.
