I am passionate about helping others feel their best. I started my healthcare journey as an EMT, and quickly found myself frustrated with the lack of follow-up that side of the system entails. After becoming a parent myself, I embraced my nurturing tendencies and decided to pursue a field that better suits my skillset. I received my massage training from Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine, and graduated in July 2024. I also obtained a certification in manual lymphatic drainage in November 2024. I specialize in pregnancy, autoimmune conditions, injury, chronic pain, stress relief, inflammation, and overall improving quality of life. My studio is located inside Northeast Nutrition, a drink shop in Farmingdale, Maine. Outside of massage, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my kids, with grandiose plans of building a garden and raising cows. Massage
In Therapeutic Massage, I combine the modalities in which I have been trained (Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Lymphatic Drainage) to best support your needs. This therapy requires good communication between the client and the therapist, and is best achieved in a series of sessions.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart. MLD supports immune system function and reduces inflammation.
