I am passionate about helping others feel their best. I started my healthcare journey as an EMT, and quickly found myself frustrated with the lack of follow-up that side of the system entails. After becoming a parent myself, I embraced my nurturing tendencies and decided to pursue a field that better suits my skillset. I received my massage training from Downeast School of Massage in Waldoboro, Maine, and graduated in July 2024. I also obtained a certification in manual lymphatic drainage in November 2024. I specialize in pregnancy, autoimmune conditions, injury, chronic pain, stress relief, inflammation, and overall improving quality of life. My studio is located inside Northeast Nutrition, a drink shop in Farmingdale, Maine. Outside of massage, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my kids, with grandiose plans of building a garden and raising cows. In Therapeutic Massage, I combine the modalities in which I have been trained (Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Lymphatic Drainage) to best support your needs. This therapy requires good communication between the client and the therapist, and is best achieved in a series of sessions.
