Sheena Philip

Sheena Philip is a registered physiotherapist based in London, Ontario, with two decades of clinical experience in orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation. Sheena’s practice focuses on helping patients return to their daily lives following injuries such as concussions, musculoskeletal injury , and fractures, with a strong emphasis on personalized care and functional recovery. Sheena has advanced training in concussion management, vestibular therapy and has worked across various clinical settings including private clinics and community-based rehab. Sheena is completing her PhD in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Western University, where her research explores the impact of upper limb injuries particularly distal radius fractures on daily roles such as caregiving and household responsibilities. Her work highlights the importance of functional recovery beyond pain relief, aligning closely with her patient-centred care philosophy. Sheena has also worked as a teaching assistant in physiotherapy and contributed to peer-reviewed research.
