Massage
Indulge in our full body Hot Stone Massage, where the warmth of the stones melts away muscle tension and enhances circulation. Please schedule in advance to allow ample time for stone heating. Stay hydrated by drinking water before and after your session. Note that this massage is contraindicated during pregnancy.
Reflexology
A reflexology scalp massage stimulates blood flow, lymph and oxygen in your upper body, and therefore may relieve sinusitis, tension headaches, stress and help you sleep better. It uses acupressure to treat trigger points in the scalp muscles.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), is a gentle* technique effective in managing lymphedema. However, it's not limited to lymphedema patients. MLD supports optimal fluid balance, enhances blood circulation, and boosts the immune system. It is good for reducing swelling, water retention and bloating. At our clinic, our therapists incorporate flat gua sha stones to enhance the benefits of the massage. *Note: We do not offer Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, which is the aggressive and vigorous kind.
