Education After completing a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Lauren pursued a Master of Science in Neuromuscular Physiology, where she spent several years heavily involved in research. She then went on to complete her Master of Physical Therapy at The University of Saskatchewan. Her strong research background and passion for lifelong learning allow her to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices, ensuring her clients receive informed and up-to-date care. Clinical Approach Lauren takes a client-centered approach in her sessions, placing a strong emphasis on listening and understanding your unique goals, experiences, and concerns. She believes that effective treatment begins with recognizing that no two bodies or injuries are alike. Her treatment style blends hands-on manual therapy, tailored exercise prescription, education, and dry needling (DN/IMS). By addressing both symptoms and the underlying causes of pain, she helps her clients achieve meaningful improvements in movement, function, and overall well- being. Her goal is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to move better, feel stronger, and prevent injuries in the future. Areas of practice Lauren enjoys working with a wide range of clients, from those managing chronic pain to individuals rehabbing new or old injuries. She also has experience working with those with spinal conditions (scoliosis), hyperkyphosis (rounded shoulders) and postural asymmetries. Personal History Outside the clinic, Lauren thoroughly enjoys visiting local restaurants and bakeries. She also enjoys participating in a wide range of outdoor activities, especially in the mountains after living in the prairies for 7 years.
