I have been practicing in Regina as an RMT for the past 25 years. My passion and insight for helping clients is palpable in the treatments I provide. Finding balance in my own body and mind is a strategy I aim for and thoroughly enjoy assisting my clients in finding their own balance. For the past 15 years I have been incorporating and diversifying my treatments with Acupuncture, which I studied at McMaster University. I am also a certified Executive Coach, enabling us to have some thought provoking conversations. In 2024 I added Manual Osteopathy to my tool box and now this is the primary modality I provide. I completed the 5 year program at the Canadian School of Osteopathy in Vancouver and am recognized by the Saskatchewan and Ontario Association of Manual Osteopaths. My treatments have an osteopathic approach, as I value a detailed initial intake, and a proper assessment to accurately get to the root of the situation. I like to keep in mind a quote from A.T. Still, the founder of Osteopathy; “Remove all obstructions, and when it is intelligently done, Nature will kindly do the rest.” My wife Amy, and kids Carolina and Kieran are my core relationships. I enjoy my weekly gym sessions, cycling, yoga, and supporting my community by coaching Flag football, RCBA and Club basketball. Walks with Aspen, our Bernedoodle, help keep life in perspective. There is no thinking problem that a good morning walk cannot solve.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is an approach to health care that uses manual therapy techniques integrated with education, advice and insight to offer a therapeutic balance within all bodily systems. Osteopathy is a natural manual therapy which aims to restore function in the body by treating the causes of pain and imbalance. To achieve this goal the Osteopathic Manual Practitioner relies on the quality and finesse of his/her palpation and works with the position, mobility and quality of the tissues.” The osteopathic philosophy embraces the notion that the body is naturally capable of healing itself. The practitioner of traditional Osteopathy works with the body to enhance this natural ability to self-regulate and self-heal.
