Book the Physiotherapy appointment length you wish for either Physiotherapy treatment or Clincal Rehab Pilates. She works at both the Squamish and Kitsilano locations. Quita is a Senior physiotherapist with more than 20 years experience. Quita is certified in the Rehab Division of STOTT PILATES Ⓡ in Portland under Master Instructor Trainer Melanie Byford-Young. Since then she has added Clinical Rehab Pilates to her treatment repertoire which also includes manual therapy, modalities, client education, and tailored exercise prescription. Quita has also completed Advanced Trigger Point Method, Mulligan Practitioner Training, and courses in taping, gait re-education, pre and post-surgical knee and hip rehab. She believes that intelligent exercise is a critical element in a patients’ journey to optimal recovery and overall wellness.
