Chiropractic Initial Assessment includes a comprehensive health history, assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment plan. Treatment may be provided during your first visit, based on your condition and the findings of your assessment. You'll want book this appointment if: - This is your first visit. - You have a new injury or new area of concern. - It has been more than 6 months since your previous appointment, or your practitioner has recommended a reassessment. Please wear clothing that allows access to the area being assessed or treated (e.g. shorts for hip, knee or ankle concerns, or a tank top for shoulder or neck concerns).
