Cathy is a Registered Massage Therapist with a diploma from Langara College. She is passionate about helping individuals manage general aches and pains from daily life, recover from physical strain, and reduce stress through personalized, client-centered care. Cathy uses a combination of myofascial release, swedish massage, trigger point release, and stretching in her treatments plans. She is committed to creating a safe, client-centered environment while promoting long-term health with her treatments. In her free time, Cathy enjoys going on walks, being active at the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
