Katherine graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2015 and has over 10 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist. She enjoys combining targeted therapeutic techniques with relaxation techniques to help reduce pain and muscle tension, improve mobility, and support recovery between activities and training sessions. Her treatments may incorporate myofascial release, neuromuscular technique, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, stretching, and Swedish Massage. Katherine takes an individualized approach to treatment, tailoring each session to the patient’s goals, activity level, and specific needs. She has completed continuing education in muscle energy technique, pregnancy massage, post-caesarean treatment, and breast treatment. Her diverse clinical experience has allowed her to work with a wide range of patients, including recreational athletes, individuals recovering from injuries or managing chronic pain, and supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Outside of the clinic, Katherine enjoys staying active and spending time in the mountains. She can often be found hiking, exploring the outdoors, or at the gym. Her own appreciation for movement and an active lifestyle informs her approach to helping patients feel stronger, more mobile, and confident in the activities they enjoy.
