Dr. Meghan Soni is a sports chiropractor who integrates soft tissue therapies (ART, cupping, and IASTM), range-of-motion work, muscle energy techniques, active rehabilitation, fascial stretch therapy, and chiropractic adjustments. She believes that improving mobility which is the combination of both flexibility and stability, helps patients stay active, independent, and pain-free. Women’s health is a key focus of her practice. She has specialized training in pelvic floor therapy and pre- and post-natal care, treating concerns such as pelvic floor pain, incontinence, tailbone and pubic pain, pregnancy-related rib pain, sciatica, pubic symphysis dysfunction, upper-extremity paresthesia (“Mommy Arm”), diastasis recti, and post-C-section scar and adhesion care. She also has advanced training in TMJ and jaw-related conditions.
