I graduated from Texas Massage Institute in 2001. I began my career because I wanted to help people feel better. At first it was just physically. Then in 2008 I graduated from Dallas Hypnosis Career Training Center. Since then I have created the Mezmirage Massage protocol. I believe we need to get to the root of stress and teach you how to relax the mind. The mind is where most stress begins from in the first place. I'm also skilled in medical massage, trigger point, shoulder dysfunction, reflexology, myofacial, cranio sacral, shiatsu, mid and low- back pain, sports, postural balancing, reiki, quantum touch, hot stone, body wraps, and scrubs.
Massage Therapy
A relaxing massage for the over stimulated soul. These are customized sessions designed to help your body relax and heal its self. A Calming Therapeutic massage focuses more on calming the mind and body, but is still a therapeutic massage. Swedish pressure can range from light to deep. It does require the client to undress to their comfort level due to the use of lotion/gels. Full body draping is required
Reflexology
Take a load off of your aching feet, and relax with an hour of reflexology. It begins at your head with a scalp massage, and moves on to reflexology of the ears, hands and feet.
