Susanna graduated from WCCMT in 2006 and has worked in the lower mainland as a Registered Massage Therapist for 20 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Susanna’s main focus of practice is in women’s health & fitness. As a mother of two herself, Susanna is very passionate about working with other women and feels honoured to be a part of their journey from motherhood to menopause and all the transitions between. She actively cultivates a practise that is patient centred and trauma informed and tailors each care plan based on each individuals needs and presentations. From relaxation to deep tissue Susanna firmly believes her life’s work is to help facilitate her patients in their wellness journey. Though her post graduate studies have mostly been in women’s health, Susanna proudly operates an inclusive family practise and happily works with clients from all walks of life. She is trained in classical modalities such as Swedish relaxation, sports therapy, fascial, pregnancy, and trigger point therapy as well as holding certifications in: hot stone massage, European Facial & Buccal massage, Guasha, Belly-fit instructor training, Fit 4 Two instructor training, pre & postnatal massage, scar tissue & c-section massage, trauma informed practice, K-taping, and much more.
