Restore’s co-founder, Dr. Sapna, is an evidence-focused Naturopathic Doctor and North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner with a genuine passion for helping her patients stay strong throughout their lives. While she supports a wide range of health concerns, Dr. Sapna has particular depth in perimenopause and menopause care, hormonal health of women from their teens to 30’s, fertility optimization, digestive and stress concerns, and sports performance nutrition (plus, she’ll never put you on an elimination diet ). Her approach is proactive, practical, and grounded in evidence. She partners with patients to build sustainable health plans using thoughtful lab testing, nutrition guidance, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation, and hormone therapy when appropriate. Her goal is to have collaborative and informed discussions to help patients feel supported, and confident in their health. - Education and Certifications Dr. Sapna is an honours graduate of Western University’s Human Physiology program and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine , and is a North American Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. She has completed advanced training in hormone health, digestive health, and sports nutrition. She has also successfully completed her prescribing and therapeutics examinations. - Outside the clinic , she’s a proud mom of two amazing girls and a die-hard basketball and women’s sports fan — eagerly counting down the days to the inaugural season of Toronto’s WNBA team!
