James is an experienced physiotherapist dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. James brings over 15 years of experience in rehabilitation and performance care. Throughout his career, James has worked with a wide range of clients — from WorkSafeBC and ICBC patients to elite athletes, weekend warriors, children, youth, and post-surgical patients — guiding each individual toward meaningful recovery and long-term resilience. A former professional triathlete and Canadian National Team guide for a visually impaired triathlete, James understands firsthand the demands of training, recovery, and performance. He combines his background in kinesiology, exercise science, IMS and manual therapy to create evidence-informed, personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of pain and movement limitations. His approach is simple: remove barriers to movement, restore confidence, and empower people to pursue their goals — whether that means competing at a high level, returning to work, or simply moving without pain. Outside the clinic, you’ll find James exploring the North Shore mountains with his young family and dog, constantly seeking new ways to challenge his own fitness and mobility. His belief in lifelong movement and curiosity for human performance shape the care he provides every day.
