Hi, I’m Jacob! I’m originally from Quebec and graduated from McGill University with my MSc in Physical Therapy, after completing my BA in Sports studies with a concentration in Athletic Development at Bishop’s University. My interest in physiotherapy began after experiencing multiple injuries while playing competitive soccer. The support and guidance of my physiotherapist played a huge role in helping me return to the sport I loved, which inspired me to get involved in the sports medicine clinic and work with varsity teams at Bishop’s. Those experiences ultimately led me to pursue my physiotherapy degree at McGill. My approach to care is rooted in clear communication and collaboration. I work closely with each patient to understand their goals and build a treatment plan that fits their needs. I’m passionate about helping people understand their condition and feel confident in their recovery, combining education and home exercises with hands-on manual therapy. Whether you’re aiming to return to everyday activities or competing at a high level in your sport, I’m excited to support you along the way. Outside the clinic, I love going to the gym, playing soccer, and spending time in the mountains, whether hiking up or snowboarding down!
