Lindsay graduated from the Seattle Cortiva School of Massage in 2009. She brings years of experience in Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment, Swedish, Neuromuscular, Myofascial and Sports Massage modalities. Her style is integrative of these techniques, all the while tuning into the state of the musculature and working accordingly. She believes massage to be an important component of everyone’s health regimen. She is committed to tracking progress with clients along their journey to wellness and seeing the improvements. She believes that thorough knowledge of the human anatomy paired with caring intuition provides maximum results - for mind, body and spirit. When she's not giving a massage, you can find her exploring new trails with her dog, snowboarding, or at home, cooking.
