Pamela has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1997, bringing experience, skill and interpersonal warmth to her treatment room. Each massage is tailored specifically to your concerns using a variety of techniques such as: trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, neuromuscular therapy and joint mobilizations as well as therapeutic exercise and home care suggestions. Pamela will determine massage pressure based on your tolerance, preference as well as therapeutic considerations. She has experience assisting clients living with depression, anxiety, PTSD and stress/burnout – providing a sense of relaxation and well-being using a variety of Swedish Massage Techniques. In her free time, she is either in a dance studio, on her bike or in the mountains enjoying hiking or nordic skiing. Pam can direct bill to Pacific Blue Cross as well as many other Insurance Plans but does not accept patients with active ICBC claims.
