Nora is a graduate of Chattanooga Massage Institute in Tennessee class of 2003. She has spent most of her massage career as a solo therapist. She obtained her RDH degree from Chattanooga Technical Community College and practiced dental hygiene part time for 11 years. Her dental experience gave her a passion for the TMJ and she specializes in TMJD massage therapy. She saw the need for a massage school in Lincoln and has a passion to share her knowledge and expertise with students to help them treat the body as a whole and work to bring healing to the body. Lincoln Academy of Massage has been open since 2019.

The therapist will work the muscles that are contributing to the pain. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
