Hi everyone! I’m Taylor Fry, an osteopathic manual practitioner and I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Valero Wellness. My goal is to help you move, feel and live your best by supporting your body’s natural balance and function. A little about my journey: I studied Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor and spent several years working as a Kinesiologist while working toward my dream of becoming an osteopathic practitioner. I graduated from the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy with over 1,500 hours of supervised clinical experience. I was drawn to osteopathy because of its holistic approach, which treats the body as a connected whole, recognizing how one area or structure can affect movement patterns, structural alignment, body mechanics and overall function. This approach allows adjustments and treatments to create harmony throughout the body, helping it move more efficiently and supporting long-term health and well-being. I’m passionate about empowering people to take an active role in their health, and I’m so excited to contribute to the amazing care already offered at Valero Wellness. Whether you’re curious about osteopathy or want to explore how it might benefit you, I’d love to chat and answer any questions. A few fun facts about me: I’m a plant and nature lover, I love getting creative through painting or any type of craft and I recharge through quality time outdoors with my friends and family. I’m really looking forward to connecting with you all, and helping your body feel its best. See you at the clinic!

During your initial appointment, the OMP will review your health history and discuss any current concerns. This is followed with a physical assessment, where the practitioner will use a hands-on approach to address any structural issues.
