Nicole Schmitt, graduated from the Physical Therapy Program at the University of Alberta in 2004. She has worked in private practice throughout her career, first in a general orthopedic setting, then moved into the area of pelvic health. She began Elle Physiotherapy and Pelvic Health in 2014 and has served the communities of Central Alberta ever since. Nicole has a special interest in complex sexual pain, pelvic pain conditions, paediatric pelvic health and postpartum rehabilitation. She holds a certificate in medical acupuncture and has completed extensive training in pelvic floor physiotherapy. Her favourite thing is walking alongside mamas in their health journey and advocating for women’s health.
