Meet Erwin Yonathan Erwin Yonathan is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in August 2023. He’s passionate about helping people feel better, move better, and get back to doing what they enjoy. How It All Started Erwin’s interest in massage therapy began growing up in Indonesia, where it was common for his family to give each other massages to help with everyday aches and pains. Those early experiences showed him how powerful massage can be in helping people feel better. His passion grew even more after he went through a sports injury himself. During recovery, he saw firsthand how much massage therapy can help with pain, healing, and getting back to normal life. That experience is what inspired him to become an RMT. His Experience During his training at VCMT, Erwin worked with a wide range of conditions, including fibromyalgia, scoliosis, muscle strains, pregnancy-related discomfort, and disc herniation. He takes the time to understand what each client is going through and tailors every treatment to their needs—whether it’s for pain relief, recovery, or general wellness. Outside the Clinic When he’s not treating clients, Erwin enjoys staying active with sports like badminton, basketball, and pickleball. He also values spending time with his wife and church community, often playing board games and enjoying time together.
