Acupuncture
What is Acupuncture? It is used to prevent imbalance and disease, alleviate pain, facilitate healing, and improve mobility. Acupuncture works by stimulating specific anatomical points, selected through both traditional palpation and modern clinical assessment. This stimulation—whether manual, mechanical, thermal, or electrical—elicits neurophysiological responses in the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. It also triggers biochemical and hormonal processes that help regulate the body and relieve symptoms, particularly pain. Acupuncture treatments use high-quality, single-use sterilized needles, which are retained for about 20-30 minutes. Depending on your condition, I may suggest additional techniques such as electro-stimulation and/or fire cupping
