Jenn’s practice emphasizes the importance of movement by incorporating manual therapy, education, acupuncture/dry needling and progressive therapeutic exercise prescription. She provides and cultivates an evidence based, personalized treatment plan this is geared towards her patient’s specific goals. During her time at the University of Guelph, Jenn held a position as a Student Athletic trainer for the Varsity Men’s Basketball team where she acted as a first responder to treat acute injuries and provided athletic taping to players. Additionally, she has 18 years of competitive dance experience and is excited to incorporate her knowledge of movement and passion for sports related injuries into her practice. In 2025, she achieved the highest level in orthopaedic physiotherapy becoming FCAMPT certified, meaning she is a member of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists. She has also received her Diploma of Manipulative Physiotherapy through the Orthopaedic Division AIM physiotherapy Education Program. Jenn is also certified to perform Acupuncture and Dry Needling and often uses it as part of her treatment plan. She has also completed advanced certifications in Pelvic Health. Outside the clinic, Jenn enjoys staying active through taking dance classes, hiking and playing various sports. She also loves to travel and explore different places around the world!
