Private - Physiotherapy with BFR - Initial Visit

Strengthening without the strain! Blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy is the brief reduction of blood flow into a limb while exercising. BFR is done using an inflatable tourniquet system. This system is similar to a blood pressure monitor. Normally to increase muscle growth and strength you would need to lift a heavy load. With BFR, you can do exercises with a very light weight to protect injuries and still get the same positive results of normal exercise.
