Nandini Thakkar is a dedicated physiotherapist with experience working in both multidisciplinary clinics and hospital settings, committed to providing high-quality, personalized care to my patients. Nandini specializes in treating musculoskeletal pain and injuries, with a particular interest in post-operative rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy. Passionate about helping people return to the life they love, she takes pride in supporting patients through their recovery—whether they’re healing from surgery, managing a chronic condition or recovering from a sports injury. Nandini especially enjoys working with athletes and active individuals to help them regain strength, mobility and confidence. In addition to her musculoskeletal focus, Nandini has also worked extensively with paediatric conditions such as Cerebral Palsy (CP), Autism, and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), as well as neurological disorders like stroke and Parkinson’s disease. Currently, Nandini is proudly serving the Niagara community and is always eager to help more people live healthier, more active lives. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, beach outings, and bike rides. She is a dog lover at heart, yet also shares her home (and her heart) with two wonderful cats who bring her endless joy.
Active based therapy utilizing the Neubie DC current to enhance the speed and efficacy of healing. The initial visit involves a scan using the Neubie DC current to establish the specific treatment sites, a thorough history and physical evaluation, as well as some treatment.
