Cathal is a resident physiotherapist who completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Scotland in 2024, following an undergraduate degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy from South East Technological University in Ireland in 2021. With a solid academic foundation and hands-on clinical experience, he brings a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to patient care. Cathal has worked across a variety of settings, including orthopaedics, neurological rehabilitation, and acute hospital wards and professional sport. He has also supported individuals focusing on restoring function and improving quality of life through tailored exercise and rehabilitation programs. With a strong interest in both sports and general rehabilitation, Cathal combines manual therapy, movement education, and functional training to help clients reach their goals. He is passionate about empowering people through movement, whether they’re recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or returning to sport. Outside of the clinic, Cathal enjoys running, strength training, hiking and golfing.
This physiotherapy assessment is for patients who have not attended the clinic for any physiotherapy services before. Patients will still receive a full treatment at this time.
