I graduated from Dayton School of Medical Massage in 2024, and quickly moved to get certified in different areas of massage to broaden my skills as an LMT. I've gotten continuing education in prenatal, lymph, hot stone and cupping, I also have a full range of depth of pressure from light to deep. When it comes to appointments, I try my best to keep a healthy balance of therapeutic and relaxing elements because I strongly prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment for my clients.
Massage
Swedish Massage is a classic relaxation massage designed to help both your body and mind unwind. Using light to firm pressure with flowing techniques, this service eases muscle tension while promoting deep relaxation. Lymphatic Drainage
This gentle, rhythmic technique encourages the natural movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body, helping reduce swelling, support immune function, and promote overall wellness. Because of its light pressure, this service is very different from traditional massage. Dry brushes and a special lymphatic lotion are used for increased lymphatic flow. (WELLNESS SERVICE)
