About Mackenzie I graduated from the University of Alberta in 2015 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, specializing in sport performance. Since then have completed my Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. Growing up as a competitive figure skater exposed me to the training regimes of competitive athletes and gave me an appreciation for the movement of the human body. This became the foundation of my desire to pursue a career as a strength coach. My passion lies with sport and figure skating, but my experience coaching a variety of people, from general populations to professional athletes, has broadened my dedication to helping individuals achieve their potential in health and fitness goals. I enjoy traveling and continue to be active in many sports including skating, golf, running obstacle course races, and any adventure that involves the mountains.
