I am a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CLMDT, Vodder technique). Since graduating in 2022, I've worked with a range of clients using Swedish, deep tissue and myofascial techniques, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
