I was drawn to naturopathic medicine because it allowed me to combine science, curiosity, and genuine human connection. What excites me most is helping patients uncover the why behind their symptoms and witnessing the shifts that happen when they feel truly understood. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in clear communication. I want my patients to feel heard, supported, and involved every step of the way. Im a bit of a nerd when it comes to prevention science, hormone health, and anything related to optimizing daily well being. As a lifelong learner, Im always diving into new research, courses, and clinical tools to serve my community better. My patients teach me endlessly, and I feel deeply grateful to do work that challenges, inspires, and fulfills me. Outside the clinic, youll find me exploring the beauty of Vancouver Islandcycling, traveling, strength training, or hiking with my beagle, Max, who keeps life joyful (and muddy!).
