Robyn Sobotka is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a thoughtful, whole-body approach to care, blending clinical assessment with hands-on treatment to support both physical function and overall wellbeing. She holds an Honours BSc in Kinesiology from McMaster University and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Her strong foundation in movement science allows her to look beyond isolated symptoms and consider how the body moves, adapts, and compensates as a whole. Robyn offers General Swedish Massage and integrates a range of techniques including trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, fascial work, stretching, and hydrotherapy. Every session begins with a comprehensive assessment and ongoing communication, ensuring treatment is tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and comfort. She emphasizes creating a safe and responsive environment, helping clients feel supported and at ease throughout their session. Known for her attentive presence and warm patient-forward approach, Robyn strives to create a treatment experience that is both effective and restorative, whether clients are seeking relief from pain, improved mobility, stress reduction, or long-term wellness.

For all patients who have not seen Robyn for an initial assessment. When you are in for your 60 minute initial, our massage therapist will go through a history and physical to better be able to provide you with the best care possible.
