Tessa graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2018. She has been happily practicing massage therapy since then, both in Vancouver and throughout the Comox Valley. Her preferred modalities are myofascial mobilization and deep tissue release while acknowledging that the nervous system is the ultimate target in each treatment. Patient education and movement play a big part in Tessa’s approach to massage therapy. She takes an evidence-based and trauma-informed approach. Tessa is an active mountain biker, trail runner, swimmer, and xc skier. You might just see her out on the trails or up the mountain!
