Initial Assessment and Treatment Chiropractic

The initial assessment consists of a thorough history of your signs and symptoms, a physical examination, a neurological examination and a movement assessment. This is followed by a plan of management, a report of findings explaining what it is going on in your situation, getting consent to treatment as well as the treatment itself.
