Reflexology

Reflexology Session
GeneralFoot

This session focuses only on the feet. Using precise thumb and finger techniques, your therapist stimulates reflex zones that correspond to organs, glands and body systems, to help release tension, improve circulation, and support detoxification. Though concentrated on the feet, reflexology has whole-body benefits, making it ideal for reducing stress, easing fatigue, and encouraging deep relaxation. Clients remain fully clothed, with only shoes and socks removed.
