Coast Performance Rehabilitation
I work with athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone dealing with injury, persistent pain, or movement limitations. My approach goes beyond massage. I combine assessment, hands-on treatment, and movement-based rehab to address the root issue, not just symptoms. Every session is collaborative, practical, and built around your goals. Sessions combine manual therapy to reduce pain and improve movement with exercise in the gym. If you’re looking for passive treatment, this probably isn’t the right fit. I want you to understand your body well enough to manage it yourself, so you can keep doing what you love. Wear comfortable athletic clothing that lets me access the affected area and allows you to move freely.
