Initial Assessment (Insured)

A full 60+ minute visit to fully assess your history, current issues, and treatment goals. A treatment plan will be provided to meet your goals and comfort level in the form of spinal manipulation and soft tissue therapy. We will also assess your movement by providing a rehab assessment. At your second visit, you will be provided with an at home exercise program, and an in office therapeutic activities program.
