She graduated from the 2200hr program at Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 1999. Having spent time in the Bow Valley & Whistler, she gained experience working with all types of clients, from the spa elite to athletes with injuries. Originally a therapeutic and sports RMT, she began to notice that relaxation is the key to being your very best. Your muscles simply will not release when the nervous system is stressed. Whether you are a Pro Athlete, a Super Mom/Dad, or anything in between, you need to take time for yourself. Tara specializes in Swedish Massage (Relaxation, Therapeutic, and Sport), Cupping, Fascial Decompression (MFR), Aromatherapy, Pre & Post Natal, Hot Stone, Reiki, and Body Treatments. She also loves Yoga and has training as a Pilates mat instructor. Tara recently completed Facials level 1 at The Esthetic Institute, where she passed with honours, and hopes to explore further into the clinical aesthetics program. When she’s not on her paddle board, she spends much of her time exploring & road tripping with her husband and three boys.
