I graduated in 2020 from MH Vicars 2200 hour. If you’re coming in to deal with a nagging injury or just need some stress relief, either from enjoying your favorite sport or from your everyday job. I am here to listen and help. I love to learn and my knowledge is always expanding, as is my expertise. I offer deep tissue and relaxation massage, prenatal massage, TMJ, craniosacral therapy, and manual lymphatic drainage. I used the knowledge that I have learned to adapt the treatment to your need, whether with joint mobilization, trigger point work, passive stretching, or relieving migraines and headaches. I enjoy watching Hockey and Football, and listening to music. In the summer I like going camping, hiking and fishing.
