I have been a practicing licensed massage therapist since January 2019, and I am excited to help others focus on their health and well-being through the practice of massage therapy. I enjoy continuing to learn about the human body because that benefits the clients that receive a massage from me. My current interest in how topical cannabidiol products are beneficial to the client's skin, pain, and inflammation. I look forward to seeing the direction that massage therapy is going into, in the medical field. My intention is to listen to the client's needs and to apply what I have learned, from the client and in my own practice, to their massage. My current specialties are Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapists hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
