Hi, I’m Dianarra — a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Makami College with 3000 hours of training. I specialize in deep therapeutic massage focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping clients feel and move better in their everyday lives. I am certified in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset (NFR) and Thai Massage, allowing me to combine a variety of effective techniques to create personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs. By incorporating modalities such as deep tissue massage, RAPID NFR, Thai stretching techniques, myofascial release, and therapeutic massage, I can help address pain, improve flexibility, restore movement, and support overall wellness. RAPID NFR is a movement-based technique that works with the nervous system to address tension, restriction, and pain in the body. It can be effective for conditions such as headaches, neck and shoulder tension, back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, and repetitive strain injuries. My goal is to provide treatments that are both effective and personalized, while creating a comfortable, supportive environment where clients can relax, recover, and achieve lasting results.
Deep tissue massage is to apply firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue surrounding muscles. It’s beneficial to chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. We will focus on either half upper or lower body depend on where is the problem.
