Hello All! I would love to introduce myself, my name is Elise Horvath, I am a Registered Massage Therapist, Member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). I graduated in 2022 at CDI College’s Massage Therapy 2400 program. As an RMT, I find it extremely important to help make people feel better, and to help them to reach their level of comfort during their daily tasks, especially when many jobs require physical and repetitive movements. That’s how I try to craft my skill; based on my client’s needs, necessities and wishes, together planning the best personally tailored set of treatments that suits each person individually, especially in the long run, so they can see for themself their improvements! I also like to prioritize educating my clients as much as I can on the importance of follow up after each session, suggesting and offering to them the “power” and “tools” to achieve what they have been looking for within the limits of their potential and condition. I like to remind myself that “Every-body” has a story, and that story is unique, and I try my best to listen and pay attention to what the body and muscles try to tell me! For the same reason my focus is in Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Treatment, Trigger Points and Myofascial Release, Relaxation Massage, Pre and Post Natal, Pediatric Massage and Lymphatic Drainage (basic level). I can’t wait to meet you, and it would be my pleasure to help make you feel the best you can feel! RMT Elise Horvath
